All of the developers you hire via DevRent have, without exception, personally worked for our own software company. This is another reason we are able to vouch for the quality of the work that has been delivered because we already know the programmer(s) assigned to you. Not only does this strategy ensure high-quality work, but also that we can adapt very quickly if you are looking for (extra) development capacity. We always find the best match from our own team and immediately put them at your disposal. It goes without saying that all of our developers are familiar with development methods such as SCRUM and AGILE.

When selecting programmers, we believe in looking further than just someone’s training. We only select motivated programmers who have, quite literally, made their hobby their work and are almost exclusively focussed on programming. We, in turn, give them the opportunity to work not for one, but several companies under the guidance of one employer. This is something that appeals to many of them and provides each with even more motivation and knowledge.
